The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Luftcrete’s ALC panel systems to contractors, architects, and developers. The role includes client acquisition, technical product

presentations, site visits, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

(With field coverage in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or Business Administration

Experience:

At least 2–5 years of sales experience in construction materials

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiar with construction industry workflows and technical terms
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
