Sales Representative (English-Speaking) — Base + Commission

Scale 77 is a fast-growing med spa marketing agency helping clinics book more consultations and grow revenue. We're looking for a motivated, English-speaking sales representative to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Call and message new leads generated through Facebook and Instagram ads using our dialer
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations
• Follow proven scripts and use our GoHighLevel CRM
• Track results and continuously improve your approach

Requirements:

• Based in Colombia
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Confident, professional, and persuasive
• Self-motivated and reliable
• 2+ years of
  sales
  experience (not CSR or management — must have a true sales background)

Compensation:

• $1,000/month base + $5 commission per booked patient
