Key Responsibilities:
• Engage buyers in new home communities
• Help purchasers select and secure homes
• Facilitate the sales process from start to finish
• Maintain knowledge of builder offerings and pricing
• Attend relevant events and presentations
Requirements:
• Licensed sales representative in Ontario
• Good standing with RECO professional standards
• TREB membership active or activated
• 1-3 years of on-site pre-construction experience
