- To Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests
- To oversee competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- To provide complete and appropriate solutions for every new and existing customer - To boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
- To Control and issue quotations for Import & Export shipments to customers - To prepare sales and shipment documents for Overseas agents and Headquarters.
- To negotiate transportation, sub-warehouse, sub-contractor, and suppliers' rates & services.
- To Import & Export for all INCOTERMS by Air, Sea, and Land (Cross-border) shipment
- To privilege concerned such as SEC29, BOI, Blue Corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, Heavy transport, etc.
- To achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
