Job Description

Key position functions include:

Develop strong rapport with key customer representatives by providing consistent customer service, pro-actively resolving customer issues

Develop and maintain a high level of cognizance and expertise with respect to company products, the competitive environment, customer requirements and the emerging trends and opportunities of the oil and gas industry

With support from contacts within Sales, Operations and Engineering, develop as necessary thorough product presentations, and present information to customers as required

Work with customers to identify changing requirements concerning new products and applications, from industry trends and customer landscape changes.

Maintain awareness of upcoming business opportunities and pursue customer specific strategies; participate as required in establishing strategic direction related to sales and marketing focus, product development and/or cust...
