**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Develop and grow sales across Ready mix concrete & Asphalt locations, within an assigned territory (Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie Counties)
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and other key customers
+ Identify new business opportunities and drive market share growth through proactive outreach and customer engagement
+ Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and quality control to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing alignment, and high customer satisfaction
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and achieve targets
