Sales Representative

We are looking for Call Center Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have good spoken English, strong communication skills, and confidence in handling calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and/or receive calls from international clients
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, sales calls, or appointment setting (as assigned)
• Maintain accurate call records and reports
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication (mandatory)
• Confident speaking ability with a neutral or clear accent
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
