Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets for the designated area/segment coverage within the given schedule
• Present, promote & sell products/services by doing telemarketing and client visits
• Prepare sales offers and actively respond to sales inquiries & client concerns
• Able to search for potential customers and to develop new valued accounts
• Providing pre-technical sales support and product demos to meet client needs
• Establish good customer relationships and maintain regular contact with all customers
• Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales
• Responsible for conceptualizing and proposing an end-to-end solution
• Should be able to promptly resolve client complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
