Sales Representative

Job description:

• Handle sales of all product categories within the assigned area; achieve the sales targets.
• Visit customers, distributors, and wholesalers on-site to promote products and build long-term relationships.
• Understand market needs and trends, and develop practical sales strategies.
• Work closely with Procurement, Strategy, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and payment.
• Regularly report sales progress, customer feedback, and market information.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably with field or B2B selling background.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Highly proactive, hardworking, and pressure-resistant, with strong execution and internal drive.
• Willing to travel or go on-site regularly as part of the sales process.
• Knowledge of local market or existing client base is an advantage.
