Sales & Transactions:  Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems; explain promotions and loyalty programs; cross-sell products. 
Store Maintenance:  Keep sales floor organized, displays appealing, and shelves stocked. 
Product Expertise:  Continuously learn about new products, features, and company policies. 
Problem Resolution:  Address customer complaints with empathy and tact.
