Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Convenience, Food, and Foodservice retailers
• Sell promotions, core distribution, seasonal items, and new products
• Meet call volume, talk time, and sales quota targets
• Use effective sales techniques, including negotiation and objection handling
• Achieve sales goals within assigned and backup territories
• Communicate product, marketing, and promotional info to retailers
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Provide feedback to support future promotions and sales planning
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices
