Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

Sales Target & Achievements:

• Conduct visit to assigned retail pharmacies, clinics and any retails outlet to promote company's product.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by planning and executing effective sales target by planning and executing effective sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationship with pharmacist, clinic teams and business partners.
• Conduct regular follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve enquiries.
• Support customers with product information, technical knowledge and after-sales service.

Product Training & Presentation:

• Conduct product briefing and training for pharmacy teams and clinic staff.
