Job Description

                    Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking 
Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing clients 
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential customers 
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets 
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business 
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications 
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies 
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities 
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture (for agri sales), or a related field 
Proven experience in sales (at least 12 years preferred) 
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven
