Sales Representative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder (any course)
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, service support, or logistics
• Experience in the medical industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
• Good communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Able to work under deadlines, independently, and with minimal supervision
• Organized, proactive, and with a positive working attitude

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate delivery and pull-out of medical equipment.
• Process service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory, equipment assignments, and service timelines.
• Provide administrative and team support as needed.
