Achieve assigned annual sales target
Driving sustainable & profitable growth by building and implementing differentiated sales strategies based on understanding the market
Collaboration with distributors with the building good relationship at assigned territories to drive the sales growth of Erbe product lines
Intercommunication with Sales Manager & Sales Team, Marketing, Technical Service and administrative department to build proper strategies to penetrate the market with Erbe products
Induce the demand for new products to successfully settle as well as create the new opportunities in the territories
Establish the appropriate business plans with target customer base and existing competitors sales activities to identify sales opportunities in conjunction with Sales Manager and distributors
