About this position:

Our Client is a growing real estate development company specializing in the sale of off-plan residential apartments in Syokimau . This role requires a highly aggressive, ambitious, and target-driven individual with prior real estate sales experience, capable of working in a fast-paced, project-based environment. The role is office-based in Syokimau and requires a strong focus on lead generation, lead conversion and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell off-plan residential apartments to prospective buyers.
• Actively prospect for new clients by making calls, conducting site visits, leveraging referrals, and building networks.
