Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Representative to support a fast-paced sales environment through outbound calling, inbound call handling, booking support, and administrative CRM tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, and comfortable working in structured workflows while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• High-volume outbound calling and lead follow-up
• Handle inbound ACD calls, live transfers, and Calendly appointments
• Manage shared/team inbox tasks using FIFO discipline
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation (notes, tasks, lead tracking, ownership updates)
• Support booking process (insurance quotes, booking recaps, booking submissions, Cruise Track updates)
• Communicate task status and completion via Microsoft Teams
• Ensure all incoming work is completed during each shift
