Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated
Sales Representative
with at least
1 year of experience in the Truck Dispatching industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding owner-operators and fleet owners, promoting dispatching services, and closing deals through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to truck drivers, owner-operators, and fleet owners
• Pitch truck dispatching services and explain pricing, lanes, and benefits
• Handle objections confidently and close sales
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM or spreadsheets
• Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into active clients
• Coordinate with dispatch team after client onboarding
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
