Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Makes sure each team member attains individual monthly target
• Makes sure team attains the quarterly and annual team sales target
• Trains and develops competitive sales executives
• Approves unit costing computation and quotations
• Makes sure that client details are properly recorded
• Makes sure that all client financing documents / bid documents are complete before submission
• Approves and reports monthly team pipeline and consummated reports
• Makes sure that team has no floating accounting transactions
• Develops a sales team strategy to maximize team efficiency
• Builds and maintains client relations
• Mastery of product line
• Monitoring collection of payment for units and end-users

Qualification

• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• With at least 1-year of working experience in sales
