Sales Representative

Overview

As a Sales Associate at DM ELECTRIC CORPORATION, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Tektite Towers, West Tower, Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing exceptional sales support and technical expertise.

What you'll be doing

• Willing to study about transformers
• Assist clients with their needs (thru calls and message)
• Explain product offerings specs, benefits, and pricing.
• Handle purchase orders, scheduling of pick up/delivery and payments.
• Build good relationship with clients for customer retention
• After-sales service (answering questions and resolving issues and feedback gathering)
• Attend pre-bid and opening of bids
• Arrange tender documents need for bidding
