Job Description

The Contractor Sales Representatives partner with contractors to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, contractor sales representatives can make recommendations which solve customers' problems. This position offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission following a probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.
• Act as a resource for sales associates.
• Produce quotes, material lists and follow up on deliveries.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a contact list and contact schedule for prospective and existing customers.
• Grow the geographic sales area by building new relationships with contractors and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
• Continuously learn about products and market conditions.
