Job description:

• Business Development: Develop new business and maintain current relationships
• Market Analysis: Identify business opportunities by studying and analyzing potential sales leads.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance to meet their requirements effectively.
• Problem Solving: Investigate customer issues, prepare solutions, and discuss with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and coordinate responses to requests from the sales team and customers.
• Order Processing: Collaborate with operation departments to ensure timely shipments of customer's cargo.
• Client Relations: Visit customers when necessary to maintain strong relationships and address their needs.
