**What You Can Expect**



The primary objective of the Sales Representative is to ensure attainment of sales objectives by providing excellent service and advice to current customers within an assigned hospitals / clinics / surgeons, whilst also leveraging new and existing business with the aim of growing market share. He/she is also expected to provide guidance to junior sales reps in sales activities.



**How You'll Create Impact**



+ Provide account management and maintain good rapport with customers to ensure attainment of sales objectives

+ Build and establish relationships with key decision markers to grow sales and share in the Orthopaedics Implant market

+ Liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify business growth opportunities; develop/execute sales and budgeting plans

+ Assist surgeons and nurses in the use of Zimmer’s instruments and products in surgeries
