Sales Representative

• Basic $3,500 - $4,100 + AWS + VB + Allowances + Commission
• Working location: Gul Circle
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.15pm

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of new and renewal service agreements to both new and existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive growth and long-term retention.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, and negotiate terms in line with company guidelines.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for all sales activities.
• Ensure customer, contract, and asset information is accurate for each sales case.
• Conduct regular Business Reviews using the online customer portal where required.
• Ensure a smooth handover of contract details to Administrators and Planners, and support updates during the contract period.
