Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Counter Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing expert advice on tyre products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires solid knowledge of the tyre industry and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the counter with tyre sales and enquiries
• Provide accurate advice on tyres for passenger vehicles, LDVs, trucks, OTR, and retreading
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
• Process payments and ensure correct documentation
• Manage stock enquiries and coordinate with the workshop where required
• Maintain a professional and friendly customer service standard
• Ensure all sales are captured correctly on the computer system
