1. Customer Support: Sales Service Representatives act as the primary point of contact for customers. They handle inquiries. Provide detailed product information and promptly address any concerns or issues that customers may have. Their goal is to deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for customers.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth: Promote large-format printers, inks, spare parts, and consumables through calls and clients visit. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for machines, upgrades, and maintenance packages. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Order Processing: Sales Service Representatives are responsible for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently. They enter order details into the system, collaborate with relevant departments to ensure order fulfillment, and keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
