Sales Representative (Technical Orientation) – Cybersecurity / Social Media Account Recovery

We are seeking a Sales Representative with a technical mindset to assist customers experiencing issues with their Facebook and Instagram accounts. You will engage with inbound leads who have requested help with account-related concerns such as hacked accounts, disabled profiles, advertising restrictions, and other platform access issues.

This role combines sales, customer communication, and technical problem-solving. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, skilled at identifying their needs, and able to clearly explain technical solutions in a simple and professional manner.
