Are you a natural-born closer? HomeTransform is expanding, and we're looking for a high-octane Disposition Manager to join our wholesale division. This is a pure HUNTER role focused on moving Single Family Residential (SFR) and small multifamily assets at scale.

Your Mission:

• Move Inventory: Proactively market and sell wholesale properties to network of investors and partners.
• Build the List: Constantly hunt for new cash buyers, hedge funds, and rental portfolio owners through high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Negotiate & Close: Manage the sales process from contract to close, ensuring maximum profitability for our team and value for our buyers.

What You Need:

• A relentless hunter mentality (100+ touchpoints/day is your norm).
• Experience in SFR or small multifamily wholesale is preferred.
