Position: Retail Sales Assistant

Salary:
RM2,300 – RM3,000 Basic + Commission
(High Commission +Performance Incentives)- If you can sell, your income has no ceiling.

Working Hours:
10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
1 Day Off per week

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers in choosing camping & hiking gear
• Share product knowledge and outdoor tips
• Handle daily store operations
• Maintain store cleanliness & display
• Support sales targets and team growth

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is friendly & confident talking to customers
• Is responsible and punctual
• Has interest in outdoor activities (camping/hiking is a bonus)
• Increase average transaction value
