Job Description

The Sales & Revenue Manager will be responsible for executing the regional revenue strategy, driving business growth, and leading the commercial team in LATAM. This role acts as the bridge between global strategy and local market execution, ensuring that Making Science's services and technology solutions are successfully positioned and delivered within the regional ecosystem.
Functions
Regional Strategy Execution: Adapt and implement the company's revenue generation strategy to the local market, maximizing current streams and identifying new business opportunities within LATAM.
GTM Localization: Execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for services, proprietary technology, and contract reselling, tailoring the value proposition to local business needs and economic contexts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Marketing to drive lead generation and work closely with the Operations/Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sold to implemented.
