Willems Biscuits is specialized in private label brands with a focus on Speculoos, Spread, Waffles & Pastries internationally. The Sales Services team is responsible for the commercial & financial support within our sales department focused both on retail and B2B/OOH customers.
You lead, build and coach a team of 7 customer service and sales assistants. You will provide the necessary structure in their way of working and ensure high-quality administrative follow-up and optimal service delivery. You also support the team by taking on some of the more complex clients yourself.
You focus on continuous optimization of processes within the sales department. You analyze commercial and financial workflows and work actively with different stakeholders to identify opportunities to work on improvement projects.
