We are seeking an experienced Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development, evaluation, and improvement of AI models used across the sales lifecycle. This role is ideal for sales professionals who want to apply real-world expertise to cutting-edge AI training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI, Data, and Product teams to evaluate sales-focused AI models
• Review and improve AI-generated conversations across prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and closing
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, and unnatural phrasing in AI outputs
• Validate AI responses against real-world sales scenarios and proven sales methodologies
