Job Description

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading player in the chemical distribution industry. Our client is seeking a Chemical Sales Executive who will be responsible for expanding business within the Coatings and Inks market segment across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow sales shares and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Identify and acquire new customers within the Coatings and Inks segment.
Develop and introduce new products to existing and new accounts.
Proactively identify and create new business opportunities.
Consistently achieve and strive to exceed annual sales targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience selling chemicals (resins, additives, pigments, etc.) to Coatings and Inks manufacturers in Indonesia.
