We're hiring a
high-performance Internal Sales Representative
to
call, qualify, and book medspa treatment leads
. These are
warm leads
—people who have already expressed interest in treatments like skin tightening, injectables, and advanced aesthetics.

If you're confident on the phone, move fast, and know how to get people to commit, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Call inbound and warm leads daily
• Re-engage dropped or inactive leads and bring them back into the pipeline
• Book qualified prospects into consultations
• Handle light objections and push for commitment
• Update lead status accurately in the CRM

Earnings

• Base pay + performance bonuses
