The role
We're looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and start real conversations. Your goal is simple: call daycare owners, introduce them to a program designed to make their work easier, and get them excited to participate. Beyond the initial outreach, you will guide providers through the enrollment process from first conversation to completion.
No corporate robots here — we want someone who builds quick rapport, sounds natural on the phone, and handles no with a smile.
What You'll Be Doing
- Outbound Calling:
Making daily calls to childcare directors and business owners.
- The Pitch:
Explaining our business support program in a clear, friendly way to busy people.
- CRM Updates:
