Job Description
This is a contract role for a SME Sales Specialist (GSM, Fixed & ICT) Expert based in Lahore.
The SME Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including initiating and managing sales processes, training sales personnel, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and liaising with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction. This is an on-site role, requiring daily presence in Lahore office.
Qualification:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales and Sales Management experience
Ability to conduct training sessions for sales personnel
Proficiency in market research and strategy development
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Relevant experience in the telecommunications industry.
