Overview

Shure sales goal is to achieve the annual revenue target and build awareness and relevance of Shure brand among our customers by leading compelling marketing & branding campaigns to support the market sales growth. We are looking for a passionate talent to reinforce our sales in Japan to grow our Shure brand position.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Specialist provides sales services and support to Shure Distributors in Japan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To meet the annual revenue target.
  • Manage existing Channel Partners performance and enhance the relationship.
  • Collect business pipeline and manage on SFA (Salesforce).
  • Based on the analysis on product portfolio and marketability, recruit new partners as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Team.
