Sales Specialist – IT Training

Checkmate IT Tech is a US-based IT training and consulting company. We are looking for an experienced
Sales Specialist
who can convert
incoming, qualified, paid leads
into successful enrollments and client placements.

This is
NOT a cold-calling role
. You'll be working with warm leads who have already shown interest and paid for initial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Clearly explain IT training programs and US placement processes
• Guide candidates through enrollment and placement workflows
• Follow up, negotiate, and
  close deals confidently
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in
  IT training sales / education sales
• Strong understanding of US placements, bench sales, or staffing process
