Key Responsibilities:
1、Achieve sales target
Break down the sales targets set by headquarters according to regional, customer, and product category dimensions;
2、Channel and customer development
1. In accordance with the annual sales network development plan, collaborate with regional agents to develop new clients, including new downstream distributors and key retail stores;
2. Developing new distributor and big retail shop in blank area
3、Implementing market work
Plan and implement marketing activities.
Job Requirements:
Work Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience in tool sales.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements: 3+ years of experience in the hardware tool industry, familiar with the Indonesia market, and capable of independently developing clients and markets.
