Job Responsibilities:
Generate sales for custom embroidered, PVC, chenille & woven patches
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, Live Chat & Social Media
Understand customer requirements and provide quotations
Follow up with leads and close deals
Coordinate with design & production teams
Maintain client records and sales reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (preferably custom patches/apparel/printing)
Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
Knowledge of the USA market is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Familiar with CRM, WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Instagram
