Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales for
  custom embroidered, PVC, chenille & woven patches
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, Live Chat & Social Media
• Understand customer requirements and provide quotations
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Coordinate with design & production teams
• Maintain client records and sales reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in
  sales (preferably custom patches/apparel/printing)
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of the USA market
  is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Familiar with
  CRM, WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Instagram
