Main Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers and help walk-in customers and contractors select the best tiles and other  finishing supplies for their specific style and budget.
• Use your product knowledge to explain the benefits of different materials (such as ceramic vs. porcelain) to help customers make the right choice.
• Ensure every customer gets honest information and dependable follow-up, upholding our reputation for excellence.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems to look up inventory and process sales.
