Sales Specialist- Retail Distribution

Job Description
Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
Open and develop new accounts and target markets in assigned territory through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.
Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
Conducts Monthly Business Reviews with Sika Prime Distributors and Weekly Check Point Meeting with Promo Reps.
Regularly do Retail Coverage to get market info, competition's activities & promotions, ensures availability of Sika products aligned with marketing entry range and product core range.
Analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
Ensures that all accounts in her/his territory are secured with proper credit recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit.
