About the Role
This is a full-time remote position open to candidates worldwide. As a Sales Specialist, you will proactively prospect for new clients, identify their needs, and present tailored SaaS solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, upsell additional products to existing accounts, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through outreach and networking
- Sell Zendesk and other CRM/SaaS solutions to new clients
