Job Description Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to introduce and grow the company’s orthopaedic portfolio in Malaysia. Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with key orthopaedic surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and healthcare professionals. Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives for the assigned territory. Provide technical and clinical support in the operating room, including product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting for surgeons and theatre staff. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including private and public healthcare sectors, and drive product adoption. Gather and analyse market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product positioning.
