About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Recruiter who specializes in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) . You’ll manage a dedicated pipeline of sales professionals, ensuring every candidate passes rigorous English communication and tooling assessments to meet client standards.

₱30,000 - ₱45,000 a month

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for SDR and AE roles — from sourcing to job offer.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified sales candidates for multiple client accounts.
• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales acumen, and software proficiency.
• Coordinate with Operations and Client Success teams to align hiring profiles and ensure proper role fit.
