Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Actively develop new customers and identify sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market research
- Conduct regular client visits to present products, discuss requirements, and provide solutions
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and basic reports as required
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounting) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Deliver products to customers when necessary and ensure proper documentation is completed
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding receivables in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support to maintain service quality
