Sales Staff

This role requires a deep understanding of the products/services offered as well as the ability to effectively communicate their technical features and benefits to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge

• Develop a thorough understanding of the technical aspects and functionalities of the products/services being sold.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.

Consultative Selling

• Understand customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and needs analysis.
• Recommend appropriate products/services that meet customer requirements.
• Provide demonstrations or presentations of products/services as needed.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
