We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / IMPEX Staff to support our plastic injection molding operations by handling sales activities and managing import-export transactions. The role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal production teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and compliance with trade regulations.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
• Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
• Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
• Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur.
