Sales Staff Duties:
Greet and assist customers in choosing products
Provide product knowledge and recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized selling area
Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and presentable
Support in achieving monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
Stockman Duties:
Receive, check, and organize stocks in the stockroom
Replenish items on shelves and the selling area
Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels
Report damaged, missing, or low stock to the supervisor
Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom
Qualifications:
With good communication and customer service skills
Physically fit (can carry and arrange stocks)
Can work with minimal supervision
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
